If I look back to my teenage, knowing which professional direction to turn to was very complicated:
“As many passions as there are possible choices! So many interesting things to discover!
But how do I know if I will enjoy this passion on a daily basis, when I do not know the world of work?
Will I really enjoy my studies and my future job?
If I'm wrong, what will happen? "
Questions that can confuse and paralyze when it comes to start the action. And that gets even more complicated when you're an expat and you also have to choose where to study.
This period is stressful for the children but also for the parents: trying to provide the best referrals but still sometimes feeling lost in a system that is changing very quickly.

The life coach is then the ideal ally to support the teenager: I support your child in exploring the desires, the talents, the deep motivations. All these elements are highlighted and placed at the heart of the process. Then there will really be a will on his/her part to move forward and towards a career path that he/she really takes care about.

FR : Pas toujours facile de choisir son orientation !

Si je me replonge dans mon adolescence, savoir vers quelle orientation professionnelle me tourner a été très compliqué :
« Autant de passions que de choix possibles ! Tellement de choses intéressantes à découvrir !
Mais comment savoir si cette passion me plaira au quotidien, alors que je ne connais pas le monde du travail ?
Vais-je réellement prendre du plaisir dans mes études et mon métier futur ?
Et si je me trompe, que se passe-t-il ? »
Des questions qui peuvent embrouiller l’esprit et paralyser au moment du passage à l’action. Et qui se complique encore plus lorsqu’on est expatrié et qu’on doit aussi choisir où étudier.
Cette période est stressante pour les enfants mais aussi pour les parents : on essaie d’aiguiller au mieux mais on peut parfois se sentir perdu dans un système qui évolue très rapidement.

Le coach d’orientation est alors l’allié idéal pour accompagner le jeune : j'accompagne votre enfant dans l'exploration de ses envies, ses talents, ses motivations profondes. Tous ces éléments sont conscientisés et mis au centre de la démarche. Il y aura alors réellement une volonté de sa part d'avancer et d'aller vers une orientation qui lui tient à cœur.
